Shivanasamudra is a beautiful destination with lots to offer. It's not just the waterfalls that attract visitors, but also the surrounding hills and mountains as well as the local villages and rural life.
Shivanasamudra is a town in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is located on the banks of the Kaveri River.
The city was founded by Chola King Rajaraja Chola I around 1020 CE, when he constructed a fort there with help from his son-in-law Veera Ballala II who also built many Shivanasamudra Temples and pilgrimage sites here. The place has been repeatedly mentioned in various Puranas and Mahabharata as well as several other texts written during classical period (Vedic Period).
Wildlife safari is a great way to see wildlife in their natural habitat. The best part about it is that you don't have to spend hours driving around looking for animals, because they're already there! They might look like just another animal on the side of the road until one second later when it turns around and looks at you with those big eyes. Once this happens, your heart starts beating faster than ever before and all other thoughts fly out of your head except for "what do I need to do now?"
If this sounds like something that interests you then consider taking part in one of these tours:

When planning out your trip there are some things that need to be considered before committing yourself onto any kind of trip such as where exactly will I stay? These questions might seem trivial but once answered correctly could make all the difference between having an enjoyable experience or not!

Shivanasamudra is a popular tourist destination that has many historical monuments and landmarks. The town is located in the Western Ghats of India; it's known for its waterfalls, lakes, and temples. It's also home to several museums as well as art galleries that showcase local artwork. Shivanasamudra has been featured in many films and television shows because of its scenic beauty and history.
The Kaveri River, also known as the Bhavani, originates in the Western Ghats and flows through Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala before entering the Bay of Bengal. It is a major tributary of larger rivers such as Godavari and Krishna. The river is known for its natural beauty and historical importance as it flows through many regions that have been influenced by both Hinduism and Buddhism over time (there are several temples along its banks).
The Kaveri has been called "the mother river" because many of India's most popular ancient texts describe her role in supporting life on Earth. In fact it was believed that if an individual died while they were still alive they would go directly into their next incarnation after death—and if they died without ever having been born then they would be reincarnated immediately!

The Shivanasamudra hydroelectric power stations are located in the village of Kallar. These are the oldest and largest hydroelectric power stations in India, built by the British government in the late 1920s. They were used to generate electricity for irrigation purposes and were later decommissioned due to lack of demand for their services.
The best way to explore these incredible structures is by taking a boat ride around them or walking along some paths through lush green vegetation that surrounds these structures. There's also an observation tower at each station where you can get views over this beautiful area as well as learn more about its history!
The Shivanasamudra Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area in the state of Karnataka, India. It is located in the Shimoga district of Karnataka and covers an area of 559 km² (209 sq mi).
The sanctuary was established in 1936 as part of a national effort to preserve wildlife habitat.[2] The site was selected because it had suitable climate conditions for wildlife. It contains four distinct types of forests: moist deciduous forest, semi-evergreen forest, mixed deciduous/evergreen forest and dry deciduous forest.[3]
So, if you’re looking for a place to escape the city and enjoy nature, then Shivanasamudra is a great option. Not only will you get to see some of India’s most beautiful scenery, but there are also plenty of activities that you can try out! It doesn’t matter whether you want to spend just one day or two weeks at this location; there are plenty of things in store for your trip—whether it be hiking around the waterfalls or visiting other villages nearby. The best part is that each experience will bring something new into your life: from learning more about wildlife conservation efforts through wildlife watching tours with expert guides who know their way around these areas perfectly well (or even just spending time alone enjoying all these natural wonders), not only do these experiences teach us how important our own environment is but also make us appreciate what little luxuries we take for granted every day too!
