Hyderabad Comic Con is held annually in Hyderabad, India. The first ever convention was held in 2018 with over 25000 attendees. It is a part of the larger global comic book community and has been growing rapidly over the past few years due to its popularity among both Indians as well as international visitors who visit India for various reasons including business trips or vacations abroad.

Bonalu Festival is a nine-day festival held in July to honor the goddess Mahankali.
