A restaurant that serves exquisite dishes, but also makes sure to use local ingredients.
The importance of local ingredients is something that you'll see at The Terrace. Their menu features a variety of seasonal produce from around the country, and they're always looking for new suppliers who can bring in fresh fruits and vegetables from their region. This can be seen in their daily specials as well: often times these specialties will be made with locally grown ingredients!
In addition to using fresh local produce throughout each meal at The Terrace, they also strive to source products from small farms within India instead of big corporations or multinational businesses like McDonald's which many customers might recognize from their commercials on TV today (McDonald's has been criticized recently over accusations that its "pink slime" additive contains unhealthy amounts).
If you want to enjoy a romantic dinner with your partner, this is the place to go. The ambiance here is beautiful and the view of the ocean from the restaurant is amazing. The food here is also good, but not great like some other restaurants in Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. However, it has great service and a perfect location for couples or families with kids who want to spend quality time together without being disturbed by other people around them (the noise levels are very low).
