Lachung's stunning Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary is located in the Yumthang Valley. The sanctuary is a popular destination for tourists, photographers and nature lovers alike.
The sanctuary is made up of more than 100 rhododendrons that grow along its banks. It’s also home to several waterfalls and cascades, which can be accessed by hiking up from the main parking lot or by taking an easy trail leading down from your vehicle. The hike will take about 1 hour depending on how fast you walk or how much time you spend admiring all that nature has to offer!
The Lachung Chu River is a great place to swim, fish, kayak and canoe. You can also raft or tube down the river. The water is crystal clear with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit).
There are many rocks along the way that you can climb up on after getting out of your boat or raft. If you don't want to climb up onto these rocks then just keep going straight while keeping an eye out for other boats so they won't hit yours!

Naga Waterfalls is a beautiful waterfall in the Lachung Valley. Located at an elevation of 4,800 feet, this waterfall is just 1.5 km from Lachung town and can be easily accessed by local buses or taxis.
Naga Waterfalls has three main falls: First Fall (Gangchen), Second Fall (Chahe) and Third Fall (Shulen). The first two are quite high while third one is lower than them but still quite impressive as it goes down from base area to base area through a series of steep steps before reaching its destination point below ground level where you can see clear water running freely through rocks etc..
Mt. Shishapangma is a sacred mountain for Tibetan Buddhists and has been featured in many films. It is located in Tibet, at an altitude of 6,372 meters (21,341 feet), making it the highest peak in the world accessible by humans. The mountain was first climbed by George Mallory and Andrew Irvine on June 1st 1924; however, due to bad weather conditions they did not reach its summit until January 8th 1925.
The mountain offers spectacular views from its summit across vast areas of Asia including China's Qinghai Province to Nepal's Annapurna Range which includes two other major peaks: Annapurna I (8167m) and Annapurna II (8416m). You can also see both sides of Everest - one side has glaciers while another side has no snow whatsoever! This makes it one amazing place where you can see different kinds of landscapes within just one trip!

The Lachung Gompa is a Buddhist temple that was built over the course of centuries by the Tibetan people. It stands on top of a hill in Lachung Valley and looks out over the village below.
The gompa features an impressive array of buildings, including stupas, prayer halls and monasteries all wrapped around each other like layers in an ice cream cone! If you’re into architecture or history then this place is for you!
The main building at the center of this complex was originally built as part of a monastery but now houses many religious artifacts from various periods throughout history including statues from Nepal's Kathmandu Valley (including one depicting Buddha).
