Manjarabad Fort

Manjarabad Fort is a fort in Sakleshpur, Karnataka. It was built by the Yadava Dynasty of Devagiri, which was the capital of the Yadava Dynasty. The fort is built around a large tank and has an entrance through a small gate on one side. There are two temples inside: one dedicated to Lord Shiva, who is considered to be their patron deity; and another dedicated to Goddess Bhavani (the mother goddess).

The outer wall has seven bastions with six gates each leading into other parts of this city-fortress complex. Its inner circumference measures around 550 feet (170 m).

Kukke Subramanya Temple

Kukke Subramanya Temple is located in Kukke, which is about 25 kilometers from Sakleshpur. The temple was built by the Venga Naagaswamy family of Tansi and is dedicated to Lord Subramanya. It’s an impressive structure that looks like a fort with its three stories and eight towers.

Betta Byraveshwara Temple

Betta Byraveshwara Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the deity Shiva. The temple is located in Sakleshpur, Karnataka. It is also known as Betti Byraveshwara Temple and it was built by Chandrashekarendra Saraswati (the saint).

The main deity of this temple is Lord Shiva and he has three heads - one with a beard, another with an elephantine trunk and third head without any hair on it. The statue of Lord Vishnu was made from black granite stone while that of Goddess Lakshmi was carved out of white marble stone; these two deities have been placed side by side in front of Lord Shiva’s idol (which represents him as Lord Kaali).

Bisle Reserve Forest

Bisle Reserve Forest is a forest reserve in the Bisle region of Sakleshpur. It is located in the Sakleshpur district of Karnataka and has a large number of wildlife species. The best time to visit this place is between March and May when it witnesses heavy rainfall.

The reserve covers an area of 697 hectares which includes grasslands, shrub lands, wetlands and deciduous forests along with pine forests at higher altitudes. Pandavara Gudda

Pandavara Gudda is a natural rock formation located in Sakleshpur. It was named after the Pandavas, the main characters of the epic Mahabharata who lived there once upon a time. The gudda is a popular picnic spot for tourists and locals alike as it offers beautiful views of mountains and valleys as well as waterfalls that cascade down from its summit.
