The annual Kudremukh Trek (Trekking route) starts from Gurupur near Bagalkot and ends at Amruthapura Village which lies on top of a hill just 3 km away from Devarayankulam Town (1403m). It takes almost 6 days to complete this trek but most people prefer doing it in two days including overnight stay at Tekkikal Lake Campsite located at 9600ft altitude on top of Kudremukh peak where there are several resorts available for accommodation like Alpine View Resort or Royal Safari Resort etc..
