Bitangad Trek is a budget trek that offers amazing views of the high Himalayan landscape. The Bitangad Trekking route starts from the village of Dharamshala, which is about two hours by car from Manali. You'll need at least four to six days to complete this trek and if you're planning on doing it as a more challenging trip then we recommend bringing extra warm clothes and water purifiers because there aren't any shops along the way where you can buy these things easily!
The trek is a moderate one and it takes about 4-5 hours to complete the full length of the trail. The trek starts from Bitangad village, which is located at an altitude of about 700 metres above sea level. The camp site has good facilities like toilets, drinking water supply etc. It also has an open-air kitchen where you can cook your own food using local ingredients like potatoes and mung beans (bajra). There are no Bitangad Trek restaurants on this trek route so you have to carry all your own food along with you during the journey!
Bitangad Trek offers an opportunity to experience traditional life in the mountains. The village is located at an altitude of 3,500 meters (11,500 feet) above sea level, so it's not a place for those with weak lungs or hearts! But if you're up for the challenge, there are many things to do on this trek: hike through forests and pastures filled with grazing animals; see waterfalls and glaciers; learn about local culture through interactions with locals—and last but not least...eat local food!
The prices of meals here vary depending on what type of cuisine you prefer; however most meals cost under $1 USD per person. For example: rice dishes range from $0-$1 pp while noodle dishes tend to cost between $3 - $5 pp . For more info on where these restaurants are located please visit our website at [url]wwwdotbittangadtrekcom
How much money you need to budget for a trip can vary depending on the type of trip you're taking, but generally speaking, there are three main categories:
Equipment and supplies - This includes things like tents, sleeping bags and cooking gear.
Food - This includes food for both yourself and your group members. You may also want to include some snacks in case there's not enough time or opportunity to cook meals during the day (e.g., if it rains).
Travel costs - These include things like transportation costs and entrance fees at museums or other attractions.
Be careful of the weather. The high altitudes and cool temperatures can make it feel like you're in a completely different climate, so always dress appropriately for your trek. If it's raining or snowing, pack an umbrella or poncho just in case!
Be careful of wildlife. While there are no dangerous animals on this trek, some animals might surprise you—especially if they come out during your stay at Bitangad Base Camp (where most people stay). Bears love honey; leopards love meat; monkeys like fruit trees (and sometimes they'll steal it from your tent); antelopes can be seen grazing in the grasslands; wild boars have been known to run into tents while looking for food...the list goes on! So make sure that if there are any signs that something might have showed up close by (such as footprints), alert someone so they can keep an eye out first before entering their tent again later that night!
Be careful with the landscape itself: Some parts may look beautiful but be tricky terrain when walking through them due to steep cliffs/slopes above ground level which may lead towards falling into deep crevices below ground level where one could easily get injured if not careful enough during descent down from above point A
The Bitangad Trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. It is also known as the “Wildlife & Nature Experience” trekking route, which takes you to some of the most remote and untouched parts of Nepal.
This journey passes through an amazing landscape full of wildlife and nature experiences. You will see many species of birds and animals which are rarely seen in other parts of Nepal or even India. Some animals include monkeys, leopards, bears etc., but there are also many kinds of snakes like cobras or vipers who can be encountered during your stay here!
Bitangad is a small village in the state of Kerala. It is a beautiful village with a rich history and it is also a popular tourist destination.
The trek starts at Anamudi and ends at Vythiri, which can be covered by foot or by vehicle depending on your choice. The best time to visit this place will be during November-February when you get to witness various festivals like Onam, Vishu etc., held here every year by local people who are very hospitable towards tourists visiting their land!
The trekking route to Bitangad is very picturesque and offers a great view of the valley. You can also visit the nearby Solan district, which has several places of interest like Ibex Rocks and Rani ki Pauri Temple.
The trail to Bitangad starts from Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary via Naugam Valley National Park (NVP). The distance between Naugam Valley National Park and Bitangad is about 10km, but this stretch is quite steep, so it might take you about 2 hours for an average hiker to complete this part of your journey.
Once you reach NVP, head towards Dhanaulti village where there are some local tea gardens along with some shops selling snacks like khoya doi and chhole bhature which are perfect accompaniments for your trekking experience!
Be respectful of the environment.
Be responsible for your own safety.
Be responsible for your own belongings.
Be responsible for your own health and well-being—you should be in good enough shape to hike this trail without getting sick or injured, especially if you're traveling alone or with a small group of people who don't know each other well yet (which we highly recommend). It's also important that you take care of yourself during the trip itself: drink plenty of water and eat healthy food; get enough sleep; take regular breaks from walking to relax; bring extra supplies just in case something goes wrong or doesn't work out as planned on the way down from Bitangad Pass
If you are looking for a weekend getaway or even longer stay in Kerala, then Bitangad Trek will definitely be your best choice!
