Bikaner is a city on the banks of the River Ravi, in Rajasthan state in India. The city has been known by many names over its history, including Bikaner and Bikanergarh. The Karni Mata Temple is a famous temple in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It is also known as the Rat Temple, where thousands of rats are considered sacred and worshipped by devotees.
The Karni Mata Temple is one of the oldest Hindu temples in India and was built during 1527-1528 AD by Maharaja Tilakchand Rai for his wife Karni Devi. It has been said to be one of the most haunted places in India with so many stories about paranormal activities happening here including sightings of ghosts, apparitions and even supernatural occurrences such as doors opening on their own or people being pushed down stairs without touching them first!
You can also take a camel safari into the Thar Desert, where you can experience the mesmerizing sand dunes and stunning sunset views. The desert landscape is breathtaking, with rocky outcroppings and sand dunes that stretch for miles.
