Earth Day activities promoting environmental awareness

Earth Day is a great opportunity to spread awareness about the importance of being green. Here are some tips for how you can be more environmentally conscious:

Reduce your carbon footprint. If you drive a car, use public transportation or ride bikes instead of taking the bus or train. This will reduce your overall carbon emissions and help save energy in the long run! It’s also important to make sure that any food from home is organic so it doesn’t contribute too much waste into our landfills later on down the road when we're trying our best not just at being green but also saving money as well :)

Save water by avoiding unnecessary plastic bottles whenever possible - either bring reusable ones instead (like these), use tap water instead of bottled water at restaurants (which usually cost more than what they should be) OR simply ask for glasses without straws!

Save energy by turning off lights when not needed/use incandescent light bulbs instead of fluorescent ones; install motion sensors on doors/windows etc., turn appliances off when not used unless absolutely necessary; turn off fans/ AC units during winter months where temperatures drop below freezing point outside...etcetera...

World Health Day promotes health and wellness

International Yoga Day with yoga and meditation sessions
