Shivanasamudra Waterfalls Festival is one of the most exciting festivals in Shivanasamudra. It's a celebration of waterfalls and nature that happens each year in August. This year, it's on from 27th August - 4th September 2018.

The Shivanasamudra Waterfalls Festival is an annual celebration that takes place on the banks of the river. Held every year in Shivanasamudra, this festival celebrates both the waterfalls and the river itself.

Trekking and Camping Adventure

Trekking and Camping Adventure is a new way of exploring the mountains of Shivanasamudra. It combines adventure sports with nature walk, trekking, camping and yoga. The area offers many options for this activity depending on your interest:

Rafting down the river Ghataprabha (5 km) which is famous for its wild rapids;

Climbing up hills with ropes or climbing shoes;

Hiking through forests to find waterfalls that cascade over rocks into pools of crystal clear water below them;

Spending a night under the stars listening to nature sing songs you never knew existed until now!

Kannada Literature Festival

The Kannada Literature Festival is held in Shivanasamudra in the month of December. It was started in 2007 and has become one of the most popular festivals in Shivanasamudra. This festival celebrates literature and arts from all over India as well as abroad.

This year's festival will be held from 5th to 7th December at National College Grounds, Shivanasamudra (Hubballi).

Art and Crafts Fair

Art and Crafts Fair is a festival that celebrates the arts and crafts of the region. It is held every year in the month of January and it includes a variety of art and craft stalls.

A great way to spend your time during this event is by visiting these stalls with friends, family members or colleagues. You can also relax at one of the many Shivanasamudra restaurants available at this fair as they serve delicious food items like dosas, vadas etc., which are sure to make you feel full after eating them!

Traditional Dance Performance

Traditional folk dance is a form of dance performed by a group of people who have migrated from one place to another. It is performed in a traditional manner, using traditional costumes and props such as masks, drums, flags and so on. The art of traditional folk dances has been handed down for generations through oral traditions as well as written texts.

The main focus of this category includes:

Hang Khela - This type of dance performance involves men wearing turbans while dancing on footpaths or streets with their hands held high above their heads like knives or swords; sometimes they hold swords in their hands too!

Pakhri Dance - This type of dance performance involves women wearing colorful dresses with saris worn over top or underneath them depending on where you are viewing it from (i.e., it could be considered formal wear if viewed from afar). Women also wear headscarves called dupattas which wraps around their foreheads; these scarves are usually made out cotton material but sometimes silk ones too!

Music Concert Under the Stars

Music Concert Under the Stars: The Music Festival of Shivanasamudra is a music festival in which different types of artists perform. This includes classical and folk music as well as rock, pop and hip-hop. This year’s show will take place on 10th June 2018 at 7 pm at NSCISS Building Ground Floor, Near Banjara Hills. The event will feature talented artists like Srinivas Devaraj who has performed at international venues such as Carnegie Hall New York City; Royal Albert Hall London England; Sydney Opera House Australia etc., while others include Mounika Venkatraman who has played with famous musicians like A R Rahman and Anirudh Ravichander etc., among others too!

Cycling and Mountain Biking Challenge

The Cycling and Mountain Biking Challenge is a fun way to get fit, have fun and meet new people. It’s also a great way to get in shape and meet new people.

The Challenge is run by Shivanasamudra Action Sports Club (SHA) which was formed in 2011 as an initiative of the local community with the aim of promoting health through sports activities like cycling, mountain biking etc., among youth at SHIVANASAMUDRA.

The next edition will be held on April 7th 2019 from 8am-12pm at Pandavapura forest area near Shivanasamudra Lake

Sustainable Living Workshop

The Sustainable Living Workshop will be held on the last day of the festival.

It will take place at the Shivanasamudra Waterfalls.

This is an outdoor event, so you'll need to bring your own water and lunch.

The workshop will run from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, June 28th (the next Saturday).
